Evan Moxie Kitchener: After a building inspector recommend a structural engineer to get a more accurate assessment on the possible cost of under pinning. Adam did a structural inspection before we made an offer on the house. He found more issues and possible causes and importantly gave a more accurate idea of repair costs and repair time, which were more than originally suspected. Now we know what to expect we can accurately negotiate a price knowing what will have to be done in the future.He answered all of our many questions. Would definitely recommend him.

I highly recommend MCS Engineers - the advice was very tailored and Adam went way above and beyond to be helpful. We now feel confident about negotiating a price on the house because we know that its structurally sound and we know what repairs are needed to keep that way. Fingers crossed we will be working with MCS Engineers on a renovation of this gem of a house soon.
Lance Luvaul: I can't recommend these guys highly enough: they are expert engineers and builders, and great people too! Adam and his team came up with several very innovative solutions to our demanding site requirements, and helped me evolve the designs to adjust to our changing needs. Nasser is an experienced builder of the very highest quality and went above and beyond to help me understand the process, manage our extremely challenging site, and even liased with Council on our behalf. The end result was a quality build that met Council's strict requirements and passed the final inspection with ease. 5 stars, easily!

Michael Quach: Returning client.This was a memorable construction as we braved a couple of hiccups and delays along the way. During the start of the construction, it was discovered that there were plenty of rocks in the property which required more time to excavate. AlphaQ helped me through this process when we needed to amend the drawings in order to suit the conditions of the property. When the town planning permit lapsed, we had to apply for an extension and AlphaQ made sure to follow-up regularly to expedite the process. Once things were sorted out and the construction commenced, it was full speed ahead from there. Our worries were wiped away with the regular site updates provided to us by the team. Carmen was an absolute pleasure to deal with, her professionalism and experience made it feel like a walk in the park throughout my build. I Would highly recommended!

Vishal Raghav: I am a first home buyer and recently bought an apartment. The entire block has a beautiful layout and has been well built with ample light and space throughout. Had a few issues but Valeo took great measures to make sure everything was fixed properly and handed over the property in a good condition. David Liefman in particular was amazing and made sure all the fixes were done to perfection. David went above and beyond to fix an issue that they were not even responsible for. I am amazed at the positivity and energy that David brings to his work. He takes pride in his work and seeks personal satisfaction and his passion to the trade is outstanding. I am now very happily settled in my new home - thanks to Valeo and David.

Melbourne Lover: I can't say that I have a good experience with Valeo last 4 years since the apartment has the leaking issue in my apartment.I have been engaged with Doug at the beginning and he had no intention to fix the issue at all. Then, I remember Richard was trying to fix the issue but could not resolve it.Now, I am engaged with Darren and Nathan. Unfortunately, Nathan left the company but Nathan and Darren are trying to address the issue and improve the company's reputation.The issue is still there but I am sure Darren will take the responsibility to close this issue as he has been trying last few months.I want to take the opportunity to say to Darren - Thank you for taking an ownership for this issue.Cheers.
