Our house build has been a disaster, thankfully the team at Site Inspections came in and did a full top to bottom inspection, with a perfectly documented report including standards and pictures of the issues. We were able to hand the report to the builder, then later terminate him due to the refusal to fix major structural defects and safety issues.

John Chadwick: i cannot thankyou enough. thankyou so so much. you're a life saver and house saver. i would have spent my own money to fix my house if it wasn't for you. highly recommended for anyone building. heaps of information provided in the report that supports the defects listed. you see defects that we can't see or think they are defects. when we show them something they always say " its fine" or " its within tolerance" when you see its almost 10mm out of square or not straight.send them the report and they call back and ask if i got time coz it will take 1 to 2 months to fix. i got time please fix everything.keep doing what are doingkeep up the good work
