Laura C: I had my implanon NXT replaced. The receptionist was lovely, gave me N95 mask as I have a cold that I didn't want to spread.I had Doctor Helen who so lovely, she's a real gem. She was very professional, careful, claiming and genuinely tried her up most to make me feel as calm and relaxed as possible.It was a the most positive experience I've had with a health professional. She talked me through the whole process / procedure and encouraged to take a self cervical screening test as she prepared.She apologied for running a little late with other patients, but it was hardly any time.The signage to location I'm unsure if it's intentional poor. I had to ask 2 separate shop assistants at neighbouring stores where the location was. The sign is hidden behind others and can only been seen once you're in front of the glass doors. Which has no indication of it being inside. Upstairs there's a closed gate on the stairwell without signage. The kind man working at the gem store below, assured me I wasn't the first or last to ask.

Foodie Gal: I cannot fault my experience here! I called to book in an IUD removal. The male receptionist was polite and offered me an appointment the following week. At my appointment I was seen by a female doctor, Emily who was on time, professional and just fabulous to deal with. She took down my history as a first time patient at this clinic, explained the IUD removal process, any possible risks, answered any questions I had, offered to do a Pap smear and STI swab which I happily accepted and then performed the removal quickly and efficiently. It wasn’t painful, just a little uncomfortable but it was over in a few seconds. Emily made me feel so comfortable and in capable hands. And to make the entire process even more satisfying, there was no out of pocket charge! The entire appointment/IUD removal/swabs etc was all bulk billed. Thank you Sexual Health Victoria and Dr Emily for such a painless stress-free experience.
