Rebecca Kennewell: I’ve attended this clinic for a while and visited a few different doctors who have all been great however my last 2 appointments have been with Dr Achala Manchanda and she is amazing!Each appointment she’s been so warm & personable, has explained things to me in a way I’ve never had before and also spoken through options rather than making a decision about my health care on her own. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients.
Robin Lu: Couldn't help writing a positive review after my first visit today. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Environment is comfy.. Felt welcomed. Dr Michael Macpherson is impressively professional and caring about my health plan.
Stevie Kukura: I love coming here. The clinic is clean, modern and feels welcoming. Receptionists are always lovely and I've seen three separate GPs here who are all wonderful! Dr. Sophie Carter is genuinely the best GP I've had the pleasure of being treated by.
Trisha Lim: Dr. Rachael was attentive to concerns and explained results, plans and procedures in great detail. She is never in a rush. I’m also not very good at explaining health concerns, and at times, I’m not sure how to explain things, so I appreciate her asking questions and clarifying. The clinic also is clean and has a nice atmosphere, and receptionists are lovely!

Ava: This has been my main clinic for a couple years now, and from the cozy interior to the reception staff, the experience is excellent every single time. While they don't bulk-bill by default, the cost is absolutely worth it, and for someone who needs regular visits, this makes my healthcare feel a lot less like a chore. My regular GP Dr Tasha Patel deserves a special commendation for being the warmest and most supportive GP I've ever seen. As a queer and trans person especially, this place makes me feel safe and welcome. Props to the whole team here 3
Gustavo Ayala: At the Great Clinic in South Melbourne, the facilities are not only clean, modern, and spacious but also accompanied by friendly and attentive receptionists. The highlight, undoubtedly, is the highly professional and punctual team of doctors. Dr. Greg Clugston, in particular, stands out as a magnificent GP, demonstrating distinctive professionalism. His approach allows patients ample time to understand and explain their conditions, resulting in accurate diagnoses and effective treatments. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for Dr. Clugston’s expertise whenever needed.

Dr. North has been the most caring, kind and professional doctor for myself and my kids.The reception/operations team goes above and beyond.There's a current shortage of the medication I'm on, they were able to track down a solution, and book me in with another Dr. who was able to get me an updated prescription the same day.As a busy Dad it can be hard to stay on top of all the health stuff, so wanted to say a big thank you to Dr. North, Dr. Clugston, and the entire team for the way you've supported me and my family.

Jo: Dr David Topchian and his team were absolutely awesome, from my first consult at the Doctors studios in Malvern to my procedure for breast revision surgery on the 6th July at Chelseas day surgery clinic.I had anesthetist Dr Andrew Nicholls who was a breath of fresh air, himself , Dr David Topchian, and the whole team went out of their way to make you feel at ease and relaxed, i even had a giggle or too right before i went under.They explained everything to me at each step and gave me chance to ask questions etc.The service didn't stop there , i had liaison via email and on the phone with Dr Topchians team leading right up to my surgery keeping me informed, nothing was a bother to them ,and if i was to think of something i was able to call, or email anytime.Dr Topchian called me the night of surgery to check in and make sure i was doing ok.The Nurses, reception and admin staff at both facilities were all wonderful. I would Highly recommend to go there for any cosmetic procedure.Looking forward to seeing the final results in a few months .

After attending the same clinic for over 16 years, and becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the level of care, I decided it was time for a change. My experience at Next Practice was positive in every way. It was the first time I have felt ‘seen’ and ‘listened to’ by a GP in years. I was impressed by Dr Kieran and his level of understanding and his genuine interest in past and present medical conditions. The reception staff are welcoming and friendly and the clinic is clean and nicely decorated. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air. I wish I’d made the move sooner.

Darren Cuffe: Dr Darren Katz,What an amazing surgeon Darren is, I had a vasectomy 18 years ago in April 2023 decided with my new partner we wanted a child.Going to my GP for a referral he said he would refer me to the best micro surgeon for this procedure, well what an amazing Dr Darren Katz is.The consult was very informative we decided to go ahead and have the reversal done in June 2023, due to it being 18 year since the vasectomy post opp.Dr Katz informed us that the operation was more difficult than expected so the percentage of it working was lower, well my first semen check was not good, 10 months later a second semen check was done May 2024.WOW the result was unbelievable, Darren Katz you are amazing, now we have positive energy and hopeful we will fall pregnant.WHAT A BRILLIANT MAN YOU ARE DARREN KATZ.
