Rebecca Kennewell: I’ve attended this clinic for a while and visited a few different doctors who have all been great however my last 2 appointments have been with Dr Achala Manchanda and she is amazing!Each appointment she’s been so warm & personable, has explained things to me in a way I’ve never had before and also spoken through options rather than making a decision about my health care on her own. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients.
Robin Lu: Couldn't help writing a positive review after my first visit today. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Environment is comfy.. Felt welcomed. Dr Michael Macpherson is impressively professional and caring about my health plan.
Stevie Kukura: I love coming here. The clinic is clean, modern and feels welcoming. Receptionists are always lovely and I've seen three separate GPs here who are all wonderful! Dr. Sophie Carter is genuinely the best GP I've had the pleasure of being treated by.
Trisha Lim: Dr. Rachael was attentive to concerns and explained results, plans and procedures in great detail. She is never in a rush. I’m also not very good at explaining health concerns, and at times, I’m not sure how to explain things, so I appreciate her asking questions and clarifying. The clinic also is clean and has a nice atmosphere, and receptionists are lovely!

Ava: This has been my main clinic for a couple years now, and from the cozy interior to the reception staff, the experience is excellent every single time. While they don't bulk-bill by default, the cost is absolutely worth it, and for someone who needs regular visits, this makes my healthcare feel a lot less like a chore. My regular GP Dr Tasha Patel deserves a special commendation for being the warmest and most supportive GP I've ever seen. As a queer and trans person especially, this place makes me feel safe and welcome. Props to the whole team here 3
Gustavo Ayala: At the Great Clinic in South Melbourne, the facilities are not only clean, modern, and spacious but also accompanied by friendly and attentive receptionists. The highlight, undoubtedly, is the highly professional and punctual team of doctors. Dr. Greg Clugston, in particular, stands out as a magnificent GP, demonstrating distinctive professionalism. His approach allows patients ample time to understand and explain their conditions, resulting in accurate diagnoses and effective treatments. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for Dr. Clugston’s expertise whenever needed.
Kyle Vermeulen: I can't recommend the team at Doctors of South Melbourne enough. Dr. North has been the most caring, kind and professional doctor for myself and my kids.The reception/operations team goes above and beyond.There's a current shortage of the medication I'm on, they were able to track down a solution, and book me in with another Dr. who was able to get me an updated prescription the same day.As a busy Dad it can be hard to stay on top of all the health stuff, so wanted to say a big thank you to Dr. North, Dr. Clugston, and the entire team for the way you've supported me and my family.

They are the best teeth I have ever had, I had a set from a private dentist and couldn't wear them. I love that they offer complimentary and whole person approaches as well as the scientific side. I have been privileged to consult a range of the GPs over the years and have been always favourably impressed by the service offered. I enjoy being able to develop a health-relationship with a doctor - maybe a bit of an old school idea, but I really appreciate consulting with someone who knows my health journey and character and all the variations that has presented. And thumbs up too for the support staff who have also been consistently helpful in every regard. 100% recommended if great service is your cup of tea in a health provider.
