gabriella goodman: I called a couple weeks ago asking about their snakes as I am going to purchase one at the end of the year, the person on the phone was lovely to speak to and recommended I come in store. Fast forward to today when I went in store, my first impressions were amazing, the store was so big, a lot more than what I expected. The customer service was fantastic and they had everything set out clearly. As I was walking around with my dad a worker came to help us and answered all of my questions with so much knowledge and real world experience. He said that although he breeds stimsons pythons that his favourite are BHPS and that really helped me narrow down my search. He took my dad and I all over the store and answered even the smallest questions and was very patient. I would 100% recommend going to this store to see and as questions about their animals as they seem super knowledgeable and friendly. I would also recommend the worker who served us as he was so incredibly nice and reassuring!!! I will definitely be back to purchase some items.

grey tu: This is an absolutely incredible place, I am yet to find out if this store is indeed ethically sourced, but the stores beauty is immaculate. I myself am a collector and this store is a place I want to visit when I'm in the city. Everything is very high-quality and 100 percent worth the money if you appreciate oddities. I haven't found a single store in real life like this one and you can tell that the owners put some real hard work into this steam punk fairytale shop.

Megan Butler: I only learnt of this little shop a month or so ago and just HAD to come and visit. Wasn't expecting much, but wow was I blown away. The incredible variety of items on display, resin specimens, skulls, bones, fossil you name it, they probably had it. Yes some things are pricey, but oddities like that usually are. I could have walked out with many more items than the one that I did.Gentleman on staff was great, even packed my octopus sphere with care so that it would be safe on the ride home on the train.I will be visiting again and look forward to spending a lot more time there than I did today.Notes for people with mobility issues, this store is not super accessible and not suited to wheelchairs. There are two awkward stairs leading into the door and a second set of stairs to get to the lower level.

I get in and learn the there is no aircon, poor team were sweltering! She could have been a grump and refused to wait to get out and enjoy this stella day, she was anything but. I always feel welcome, even shopping past closing time on a hot summer Friday evening. Thanks legends.
