Wagon Ball Z: This is the best paint store in Melbourne hands down I had a great experience with the team here, a big thank you to Jack, Brett, Josh, Brayden and Adam. They were very helpful and helped me with everything I needed for my DIY. I would recommend to anyone to come to this store for any help and advice.
Lea Andrews: Absolute legends, walked in and asked for a sample, got the name totally wrong, the guy gave us advise it was from another paint Co, he wasted 2 pots trying to get us the colour we needed! Turned out we was wrong, such an understanding guy, turned out we asked for cabbage white, we finally worked out it was white cabbage! We laughed and laughed, I'd use these guys again in a heartbeat! Just time was all it took, from a person who never buys paint! Legends ! And again sorry our mistake!
OFIO VIC: Very helpful staff who can provide excellent advice. I went there with several old cans of Dulux paint. Some were deemed unusable because the cans were rusted so I replaced them with new. Others were put on the shaker machine and were a perfect colour match when applied to touch up paint done in 2014.

The self-serve coffee machine and cold water on tap is also a nice and welcoming touch, great for when you're waiting for your paint to be mixed. Fiona Mason: What amazing service I got on Monday at Porter’s Paints in Prahran! I don’t usually leave reviews but the service was fantastic! I was chasing an allusive shade of Indigo blue wood stain to stain American oak kitchen joinery. The delightful woman who served me spent at least an hour mixing up colours and testing them on my raw piece of oak that I had brought in. We finally got the perfect colour as she was determined to do. Thank you very much!! I would highly recommend going to the Prahran store if you are looking for advice or guidance in picking the right paint/stain colour - they really know what they’re doing.

Geoff Bartlett: There are many things I'd rather do than interior painting. It's not a job I'll ever enjoy. While Porters can't do anything about the unpleasant preparation and cleanup steps, their wall paint was a delight to use. This paint is thick with pigment - the experience of brushing onto a wall was almost sensuous and it showed a welcome disinclination to fall or spatter from the paintbrush or roller.The Porters staff were very helpful in choosing colours and talking to us about their paints. While their paints are a premium product, if you take into account that we used fewer coats on our wall than when we painted with a bigger brandname product, the final cost is not that different.We will be back.... in a while... when I can face the next painting job.

M H: Best shop for paint and supplies. They were cheaper than most other places I tried. I wanted a tall pole for window cleaning and they had a good quality 4.8m pole for a very reasonable price. Staff were very helpful. Keep it up guys!

Eglantine Genesty: Very friendly and helpful staff. We had good advice there and the staff watched our budget. They have various types of paint, accessorie and colours.I compared prices at Paint Spot to a well-known DIY shop, and we found the paint we wanted for way cheaper. This is not the case for every type of paint/coating, though.

Your service was awesome and you well deserved the high rating.When I brought a MDF board to match the color, the staff mixed the paint for me, also showed me how the tinted paint was by putting some paint on the board, and then wiped it off.Today I went there to buy some timber stain. By showing them the photo they recommended me the colour. TBH at that moment I was a bit hesitating because I thought another colour was closer, however I trusted their expertise and experience. When I got home and applied it - you know what - it exactly matched my current floor! I am so happy.
