Caroline M: Yuki has a lovely bed side manner and efficient in her job. I went in the afternoon and only waited several minutes. Don't go early in the morning if you can avoid it, as there is always a queue for people that are doing a cholesterol test. They tend to arrive early, as they have had to fast overnight and are probably hungry for breakfast.
