Parag phoned me a little later and asked if he could arrive in... 15 mins.Very good communication.......for servicemen........lack of communication is usually a real issue with tradesmen. I rang Arrive on Time Applieance Repairs first thing Monday morning as my Washing Machine wasnt emptying .I was given a time that afternoon for the Technician to come .Peter , the Technician, rang me about an hour later to say he could be here in 10 mins if it suited me , which it did .Peter... arrived in that 10 mins and diagnosed the problem almost straight away - a broken pump motor - Peter actually showed me the motor and where it was broken .Within 30 minutes of arriving , Peter had replaced the motor pump and now my Washing Machine works better than ever .I am very impressed with the Service and it was certainly cheaper than having to buy a new Washing Machine.Thank you Peter very much .read more
